How We Started
Prestige Windows & Doors was founded in 1995 by our President and Owner, Robert Scavuzzo. We started out as a small remodeling company focused on small remodels and additions while providing excellent customer service. Robert’s attention to detail and workmanship led him to be known as a trusted contractor to all his customers. As Robert’s notoriety and reputation grew, he was contracted for his first major window and door replacement project. This project focused on installing high-end wood windows and doors.

Even though he wasn’t familiar with the product, Robert was determined to do a great job and exceed his client’s expectations. While working on this project, Robert caught the attention of the manufacturer Pozzi and Caradco for his excellent work. He became their exclusive window and door installer until 2008.
Robert, with his wife Cristina’s help, set his sights on the aluminum impact window and door market. He was motivated to provide the same quality work he performed with wood windows to every customer in the market for impact products. Knowing the poor quality and lack of integrity in the home improvement industry, Robert was driven to set a new standard: the Prestige Standard.

We partnered up with high-quality and respected impact windows and doors manufacturers to ensure our customers get the best-rated products in the market. Our goal is to help our clients protect their homes against upcoming storms with the help of impact windows and doors. Unlike, other companies, we have set standards and expectations in place to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction. Throughout the whole project, we are there for our clients every step of the way.
